• From Widnes, travel to J9 of the M62.

• At junction roundabout, take A570 Linkway exit to St Helens.

• At first roundabout, continue straight on.

• At second roundabout, take the first left into Elton Head Road (B5204).

• Stay on Elton Head Road for several hundred yards.

• Before reaching cross roads traffic lights, take right turning into Sherdley Road.

• Stay on this road until approach a Public House on left hand side.

• Turn left into Elephant Lane, immediately after the Public House.

• Continue along Elephant Lane until reaching Close Street (fourth turning on the left hand side).

• You have now arrived at Thatto Heath.
