Directions to Hindley

Hindley WN2 3AP [please click here for map] 

Take M62 towards Manchester and exit at Junction 9 (Warrington).
Turn left towards traffic lights. NOTE: You need to manoeuvre to the right  side lane either before or after traffic lights.]
Go straight on at traffic lights towards roundabout/traffic lights.
At roundabout go right and take the second exit (sign posted Leigh/M6).
Stay on dual carriage way until reach roundabout (above M6).
Continue straight over M6 and exit other side of roundabout for Leigh.
Continue on this country road for several miles until approaching traffic  lights at T-junction.
Turn right at traffic lights.
Continue to another set of traffic lights.
Pass through these traffic lights staying in the left-hand lane.
Short distance to another set of traffic lights in view (these are on the East Lancs intersection).
Go through these lights, across the East Lancs, towards Golbourne.
Stay on the Golbourne road until eventually meet traffic lights at cross  roads (Pennington Flash on left-hand side and Fire Station on your right-hand side).
Turn left at these lights.
Stay on this road until you reach the second roundabout then turn left.
Carry on until reach traffic lights.
At traffic lights turn right and travel for several miles until reach more traffic lights at T-junction.
At these traffic lights turn left (towards Hindley).
At round about continue straight on and travel for approximately 1 mile  untill approaching cross roads/traffic lights (church on left hand side).
Go straight on to next set of traffic lights.
Go straight on again and take first right. This road path will lead to car park and rugby pitches. 
If you ignore the first right and take the third right (dirt track), this will lead to changing rooms and a smaller car park. Note:If you go past the HOCKERY BROOK PUB on the right hand side, you have travelled approximately 50 yards to far.]
