During the 'Working Towards Accreditation' period (October 2005 - May 2006), there have been many anomalies revealed.
One such item was the FIVE YEAR LOYALTY AWARDS presented to those 'People', whether players of volunteers, who had given their time and energy to the Halton Farnworth Hornets arlfc. A 'block' of FIVE YEARS was honoured with an award, provided that person had not had a break from the HFH Club within the FIVE, TEN, FIFTEEN, etc, year period.
Unfortunately, in years gone by this award has dwindled into insignificance and as consequences there have been many HFH 'People' who have NOT received their Loyalty Awards. Some of these 'People' have left the club while others remain. To these 'People' the HFH Club can only apologise for the lack of activity in award presentations.
Accreditation has now honed in on Loyalty Awards since recognition of time spent with the HFH Club should be one of the most highly respected awards to be presented by the club. It honours the commitment of a person for dedicating their time to one club -
Halton Farrnworth Hornets.
The HFH Club are now focused on ensuring that Loyalty Awards DO become one of the most highly respected awards a player/volunteer can receive.
To this end, as from season ending 2005/2006, all Loyalty Awards will be captured and recorded on the HFH web site.
