16 Oct 2007 - Have any HFH Teams made ITV Local?

To supplement the existing local news service (Granada Reports), the internet service channel is encouraging local community sporting organisations, such as Halton Farnworth Hornets, to submit their own footage to ITV Granada. This will then be up loaded on to the Granada website.

Granada is keen to focus on local sports and are looking to invite grass roots sports clubs in our area, to submit their own news for inclusion.

ITV Grassroots Sport, as it is called, will focus on just four sports to begin with - Rugby (League & Union), football, netball and equestrian events.

Do you have anything for submission about your team?
This could be in the form of match footage, a press conference, a fan`s view point or anything else of interest.

Take a look at the website to get a flavour of the service. You can access the channel by typing in the following URL into your address bar.......

Once you've reached the Granada website, you will find the relevant click button under Amateur Sports Videos. Take a look around and see what you think.

If the HFH Club submits any material, Granada will have a direct link provided to the HFH website.
