The Halton Farnworth Hornets U15's are to stage a pre-final 'Curtain Raiser' at the Stobart Stadium Halton, on Bank Holiday MONDAY 5th May 2008.
With a 1:30pm kick-off (doors open at 1:00pm), the HFH U15's will be playing the 'Curtain Raiser' game against West Bank U15's.
This game has been arranged by Widnes Amateurs Rugby League, and is the prelude to the main Widnes Cup - Final.
Both the HFH Club and the WB Club would like to thank WARL for allowing both U15's teams, the privilege to play this game at the Stobart Stadium Halton.
As a 'warm-up' match for the crowd, it should deliver much excitement, plenty of skills and demonstrate to the Widnes Rugby League fan, the standard of talent working its ways through the amateur ranks.
Good luck to both teams and enjoy playing the game.
For all you Rugby League fans out there, make sure you are available Bank Holiday Monday and treat yourself to some 'bone crunching tackles', both in the 'Curtain Raiser' and the main WIDNES CUP FINAL.
